Summary: Great Work at a Reasonable Price
Review: I cannot tell you how good Day and Night was to work with. My furnace went out in the mioddle of winter and needed to be replaced (it was very old). After getting several estimates, I decided on Day and Night as theirs was the most reasonable and included a very long warranty.
They set me up with several space heaters to keep the home warm that night and replaced the heater the next morning. Everything was done as they stated without any issues. They also gave me a new programmable thermostat, something that was not included in the bid.
I have used them in the past for a water heater replacement and refrigerator repair. They consistently do excellent work. I always check the BBB before I call a company and I am not surprised they have the top rating available.

Summary: Very positive experience.
Review: They've done several things for me. We have the same person come out, and he's done a fantastic job at putting in our furnace and tankless water heater, and has now been back to service the tankless water heater on a yearly basis. I'm on a first name basis with him and his wife works there so I've talked with her as well. It feels good, I have no questions that he gives me the truth and that's more important than anything.

Summary: They are excellent to work with.
Review: I've been using them for servicing all appliances and buying used appliances for my rental properties and own home for 18 years. In all of that time I have never really had problems, and if there was a problem they would take care of it immediately. They're an excellent company to work with, I often recommend them to other people.
