I wanted to send a note of commendation to Anthony for his outstanding
service and attention to details. We purchased an Amana A/C unit from you
last year and then had some remodeling work done on our home which effected
the performance of the system. We had a tech come out to replace a broken
manifold valve however that did not fix the problem we had. The system was
just no cooling as expected. Anthony came out twice and ended up doing a
very thorough analysis of the system for us.
We ended up with a refrigerator for a house - it is that good.
The mark of a good company is not that no errors are ever encountered, the
mark is what does the company do when that happens. For Day and Night it is
called make it good.
We really appreciated the work and dedication that Anthony displayed. He is
110% a professional and deserves a RAISE!
